We are proud to offer three popular variants to the regular string quartet. Classical Quartet The Classical Quartet comprises flute, violin, viola and cello. The replacement of the first violin with a flute creates a lighter tone to the ensemble as woodwind instruments do. The sound of the flute can also travel further thus very suitable for spread-out, outdoor events. The repertoire is the same as the Trilogy Music String Quartet. Classical Trio The Classical Trio line-up is flute, violin & cello. This smaller group is suitable for both indoor and outdoor performances of up to 80 - 100 guests. The repertoire remains unchanged. String Trio The String Trio consists of two violins and a cello. This trio maintains the same formal classical essence as that of the String Quartet but is suited to smaller functions of up to 80 guests.

Line-up: Violin, guitar Genre: Jazz, classical, folk With a varied repertoire including classical, folk, well-known love songs and songs from musicals, this violin and guitar duo will enhance the atmosphere of any wedding, formal function or party. Take Two is not limited with chairs or music and can wander at will amongst your guests while performing. Expect only the best from this polished duo who have music degrees from the Universities of Cape Town and Witwatersrand. They have been performing together for over eight years. Line-up: Piano Genre: Light pop & musical tunes OR Jazz OR Classical Trilogy Music has a number of professional solo pianists, who perform a wide repertoire of classic pop tunes & musical numbers; jazz standards; or classical music. A beautiful, relaxing and entertaining form of background music is most definitely the piano. With their repertoire of popular piano music in their respective genres, your guests will soon be humming along. This form of musical entertainment is available to any venue with a piano - although a piano can be hired. A keyboard can be provided as a more portable alternative. Trilogy Music recommends pianists for cocktail parties, dinners, restaurants and lounge ambiance. Based in Cape Town, Johannesburg & Durban, available countrywide.

Genre: Classical, Jazz, Popular Songs, Folk  Trilogy Music uses only the most professional harpists in Cape Town. The three harpists on Trilogy Music’s books have professional training and perform professionally with local Symphony Orchestras. While their music is eclectic, embracing jazz, pop ballads and folk tunes, their main focus will be on classical works. The harp is probably the most elegant of all live musical entertainment available, however it is important to be aware that it is a very quiet instrument and is suited primarily to indoor functions of 50 or less guests in order to be audible.
