Richard Hardiman
Richard Hardiman Capetonians are familiar with Hardiman the Partyman and his move to the Afternoon Drive Show on 94.5 Kfm was a popular one. Subsequent his involvement on online radio station 2oceansvibe radio has done wonders for the young station.
Mr July on the 2006 Cosmopolitan sexiest man calendar and blessed with the good-looking gene, it’s a crying shame that this hunky 30-something is hidden on the airwaves, but then, we all know...There’s just something about a radio man!
It’s not just gift of the gab though. Richard has a background in Ecommerce, advanced web-development, marketing and business. He also spent four years travelling the States as an Executive VIP host in the gambling industry; and that’s quite a story in itself.
Richard was a closet stand up comic and has launched himself on the scene, a gifted script writer, sought after voice artist and a naturally good MC. Woolworths, MTN, Unifruco, Grandwest, Nashua, Lipton Ice Tea and Toyota can’t be wrong. Concert MC for Sting, Simply Red, Ronan Keating, Johnny Clegg, Katie Melua and Bryan Adams.

Nik Rabinowitz

Nik Rabinowitz

World #1 Jewish Xhosa-speaking comedian
Boundless energy and earthy charm, coupled with an animated and fluent use of English, Xhosa and Afrikaans, initially endeared this white farm boy from Cape Town to millions of South African television viewers as the multi-lingual presenter of SABC 1's Coca-Cola Megamillions Gameshow. However it was his skill as a stand-up comedian that took South African audiences and critics by storm and a loyal and appreciative fan base quickly grew. Nik has featured in numerous local and international comedy festivals over the past few years, and his solo shows "ONE MAN ONE GOAT" and "IN THE NIK" have received great critical acclaim. He currently presents a weekly radio slot ("The Week that Wasn't") for 702 / Cape Talk and has been commissioned to develop a talk show for SABC 3 due to flight in 2009. Awarded "STAND-UP OF THE YEAR" at the 2008 SA Comedy Awards, Nik recently starred alongside two of SA's top comics, Marc Lottering and Riaad Moosa in David Kramer's smash hit "Three Wise Men" The Star summed up Nik's appeal as follows: "What Johnny Clegg has done for popularising Zulu indlamu and maskandi with a broader audience — Nik Rabinowitz achieves for language... He paints a crazy, seductively irreverent, broad canvas of who we are, voetstoots. And that's totally ngca!"

Meg Shout
Meg's journey in entertainment began as a child when she started learning music and drama in Namibia, where she grew up and attended junior school. In 1996 she returned to the city of her birth, Cape Town, and attended Rustenburg High School for Girls. It was here that she realised her love for entertainment and she took part in many of the school's plays and performances, including the choir and music society.
In 2002 she returned to Cape Town, after living in London for a year. She took up Acting for Film, Radio and Television at City Varsity, finally working as a voice artist.
A series of jobs in community and retail radio brought her to the attention of Heart 104.9FM, where her beautifully modulated voice has become a feature of the early morning sound of Cape Town’s Beat.
Meg will keep you company with an eclectic offering of smooth music and trivia that will make the early morning hours a real reward. With no set agenda, the show meanders in new directions every day as Megan’s whim and her listeners’ input find common ground.
